Yes, we charge a minimum $500 for a kitchen design. If design time exceeds our threshold we bill at an hourly rate.
While issues aren’t common, we have a process in place to address product or install warranty claims. If a cabinet arrives damaged or incorrect, we document and submit the issue to our suppliers, track the replacement part and deliver it as soon as it arrives in our store.
Install related issues are addressed directly and quickly with the crews assigned to your project. We stay involved until the problems are solved and your project is complete.
